Delete your account
How to delete your Smart Outfit account and the data linked to it.

In the app
- Open Smart Outfit and sign in.
- Go to Menu → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll send a confirmation to that address and delete the account once you reply. This check makes sure nobody else can delete your account.

What we keep
- A minimal record that the account was deleted, removed within 30 days.
- If a subscription is still active, its status until the subscription ends. Payment records are held by Google Play or the App Store, not by us.
How long it takes
Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of your confirmation.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store to avoid further charges.
